A: Having 3+ points on your license doesn't automatically disqualify you but will be reviewed during the hiring process. Applications are evaluated individually, considering the violations' nature, the time since points were accrued, and your overall driving and employment record. We encourage transparency in your application to ensure our high safety and professionalism standards.
A: At SM Logistics Service, we are dedicated to ensuring our team operates under the safest and most compliant conditions. Unfortunately, you cannot become a delivery driver with us at the age of 17. Generally, we require our delivery drivers to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license specific to the type of vehicle they will be operating.
This policy helps us meet insurance regulations and ensures that our drivers have the necessary experience and legal authorization to perform their duties safely.

A: We only deliver Small and Medium parcels, such as food parcels and lottery items. The exact parcel types may vary depending on what is sent from the DPD Dartford depot.
