Meet Our Manager

​

My name is Sean Morgan, and I lead SM Logistics Service here in Medway. I bring hands-on experience from my time as a Delivery Driver, Trainer, and Manager at Ocado and DPD Dartford, where I began in October 2024. In June 2025, I was promoted to Manager and began building a team that reflects our values of inclusion, reliability, and teamwork.

A Team That Reflects Our Values

Our first recruit, Anthony, is a Deaf driver who helped set the tone for our inclusive culture. Two months later, we welcomed our first hearing driver, and today, our team includes both Deaf and hearing drivers working together in a friendly, supportive environment based at our Medway Locker.
